Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end OGMP 2.0 reporting implementation, including Level 4/5 quantification, reconciliation, and annual submissions.
  • •Analyze and interpret methane and air emissions regulations and develop cost-effective compliance programs aligned with OGMP initiatives.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional data collection efforts (measurement, engineering estimates, reconciliation) and track OGMP 2.0 milestones with maintained methodology documentation.
  • •Own reconciliation methodology and manage technical relationships with UNEP and third-party reconciliation platform vendors to drive sustained Level 5 recognition.
  • •Provide OGMP 2.0 and air compliance external engagement and support, including emissions-alert response process and day-to-day support for air compliance and operations reporting applications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science/Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent relevant work experience).
  • •7+ years of relevant experience in air quality/environmental compliance with a focus on methane reporting, OGMP 2.0, GHG inventories, or similar programs.
  • •Direct experience with OGMP 2.0 reporting frameworks strongly preferred.
  • •Demonstrated experience representing an organization externally with industry associations, peer companies, or regulatory agencies preferred.
  • •Experience navigating reporting changes through mergers/acquisitions and/or supporting third-party verification or assurance is a plus.
