Team Leader - Grocery

Implement grocery quality, range, and freshness standards to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales targets. Lead and coach team members to ensure issues are addressed immediately, while overseeing commercial policy execution, assortment, promotions, NPS improvement, price/freshness inputs, and stock management. Drive initiatives to minimize waste and shrinkage, control waste reporting, and support sales of slow-moving and expiring items.
