Manage legal aspects of acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments from LOI through closing, including due diligence coordination, deal structuring, and negotiation of definitive agreements. Draft and negotiate transaction documents, support corporate structuring and international expansion, and assist with regulatory approvals and broader corporate matters across a heavily regulated fintech platform.
