Production Manager – Deckorators (Buffalo, NY)

Manage and coordinate plant manufacturing operations to meet cost, profit, and productivity goals. Build production schedules, coordinate cross-department activities, and forecast inventory needs. Supervise operations directly and through supervisors/lead operators, ensuring training, performance reviews, housekeeping, and efficient workflows. Monitor efficiency, quality, yields, scrap, expenses, equipment maintenance, and packaging, while driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with OSHA and all applicable regulations.
