•Provide reporting and administration services for Limited Partners / Investors.
•Process Capital Calls and Distribution Notices for Limited Partners / Investors.
•Setup and review Static Data through Notices and Investment Memos.
•Interact with Asset Managers and internal/external parties to respond to client requests.
•Set up new products and implement new processes and workflows to support operations.

Key Requirements

•Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
•A strong numeric flair.
•Excellent verbal/written communication skills; Fluency in German is required.
•Ability to work in a team and as an individual contributor, with initiative and flexibility to meet client expectations.
•Ability to manage multiple deadlines and learn new IT applications.
