Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and inspire a multi-disciplinary GRC and SOC organization, hiring leaders and specialists and driving onboarding, development, engagement, and succession planning.
  • •Define and run the SOC operating model, deploying SIEM and threat-intelligence tools and overseeing 24x7 monitoring and investigations with continuous improvement.
  • •Lead risk assessments, design treatment plans, embed risk thinking in projects and vendor relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • •Develop multi-year SOC roadmaps aligned to global security strategy and India business priorities; manage budgets and measure ROI.
  • •Own regional incident response and crisis management, coordinate with the global CSIRT, conduct after-action reviews, and improve policies and controls while closing audit gaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field required; Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or business management preferred (equivalent experience considered).
  • •Total 15+ years of experience, including senior leadership roles.
  • •5–7 years in cybersecurity, IT risk, GRC and/or SOC management.
  • •Proven experience designing and operating formal GRC programs and mature SOCs at a multinational organization.
  • •Extensive compliance and audit experience, including regulatory examinations and penetration tests.
