Field Service Technician - Winchester, VA

Optimize, support, and troubleshoot mission-critical communications systems. Provide technical support for specialized systems and product applications, including provisioning infrastructure, performance optimization of RF and broadband architecture, and maintenance of server hardware/software. Maintain, test, and document systems, perform preventative maintenance with trend analysis, and deliver weekly activity reports. Collaborate with engineering, project management, and sales to meet customer expectations and solve problems quickly during stressful situations.
