Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of multi-million-dollar cooling solution projects for key strategic customer accounts, including scope, schedule, communication, and budget.
  • •Align delivery to customer requirements by validating scope/cost/schedule from contract documents, attending pre-bid validation meetings, and setting customer expectations.
  • •Create and manage production, labor, and aggregated customer project schedules across multiple phases, locations, and product types; coordinate with manufacturing to protect shipment dates.
  • •Lead change order management, including identifying opportunities, facilitating quotes, using pricing strategies, and closing orders.
  • •Plan and execute end-to-end commissioning and manage project administration through contract penalty clauses/liquidated damages, documentation, safety, compliance, warranty handoffs, and postmortems.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10 years’ experience in relevant industry roles, or a combination of degree and experience.
  • •Preferred degree in HVAC, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Project Management.
  • •Strong leadership skills including ability to mentor other project managers and influence without authority.
  • •Experience with project schedules and PM/construction software, plus high-tech project experience.
  • •Applied HVAC and chiller technical experience and knowledge of construction systems and technologies.
