Key Responsibilities

•Lead delivery of commissions at strategic levels with clients, ensuring successful programmes and projects across the Midlands and national initiatives
•Develop and grow client relationships across all levels of an organisation to secure ongoing business and follow-on opportunities
•Mobilise a mobile UK-wide presence to support regional and national initiatives and ensure alignment with programme strategies
•Oversee bidding, networking, pursuit planning and client engagement to generate new business opportunities
•Provide governance and resourcing direction, including inclusion on client and internal boards and setting growth targets to deliver organizational growth

Key Requirements

•A proven and experienced leader of diverse teams across multi sectors such as Rail, aviation, utilities, power, highways, local authorities
•A background in one of Turner Townsend’s key service lines Project Management, or an engineering background with capital programme delivery experience
•Experience of leading and managing Major Programmes and Projects
•Experience in leading and managing teams
•Working knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts
