Key Responsibilities

•Identify and remove friction points in the user onboarding journey specific to local market conditions, including language, payment methods, KYC flows, and regulatory requirements.
•Partner with product and compliance teams to localise the product experience for SEA users.
•Track and improve onboarding metrics such as onboarding completion rate, time-to-first-transaction, and local payment adoption.
•Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel growth campaigns (paid social, influencer, CRM, referral, and partnerships) tailored to each market's audience.
•Own campaign P&L: set targets, manage budgets, and deliver against CAC, ROAS, and activation KPIs.

Key Requirements

•5–8 years of growth, performance marketing, or product marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on SEA markets.
•Proven track record of driving measurable growth in Southeast Asia across multiple markets.
•Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data tools such as SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or equivalent.
•Experience managing multi-channel campaigns end-to-end, including budget ownership and performance reporting.
•Fluency in English; proficiency in Filipino or Bahasa Indonesia is a strong plus; fintech/crypto or crypto experience is preferred.
