Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development, maintenance, and analysis of Program Master Phasing Schedules and Integrated Master Plans/Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
  • •Create and maintain compliant IMS baselines that integrate cost, schedule, and technical requirements into execution plans.
  • •Conduct schedule risk analysis, explain results to program teams, and integrate mitigation plans and schedule risks into risk management.
  • •Provide weekly and monthly planning metrics (schedule status, baseline maintenance, critical path, variance analysis, and network logic validation) using EVMS processes.
  • •Mentor and train junior planners and support team adherence to IPDS and program lifecycle scheduling practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and minimum 8 years of Program Planning/Scheduling or Project Management experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years’ experience.
  • •Experience creating and maintaining industry schedule artifacts using tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar scheduling software.
  • •Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and workflow.
  • •Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business processes.
  • •Prior experience working with IMS coding, structure adherence to directives, and ensuring schedule accuracy and completeness.
