Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, edit, and review legal documents for accuracy, clarity, grammar, style, and compliance with Bluebook citation standards and OCC/Departmental requirements.
  • •Draft and revise legal guidance, internal policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to OCC standards.
  • •Assist OCC attorneys and subject matter experts in developing and refining written materials for regulatory, compliance, and statutory purposes.

Key Requirements

  • •Masters degree plus 8 years experience OR bachelors plus 10 years experience.
