Payment Operations Fulfillment Assoc I (BOLB Fulfillment)

Support daily payment operations fulfillment for retail and small business banking activities, including handling establishment, maintenance, and deletion requests across phone, email, and research inquiries. Communicate with internal and external customers, resolve issues within assigned processes, and meet service level agreements and daily production goals with high quality. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while adhering to applicable laws and the BSA/AML compliance policy and dual control standards.
