Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish a more effective yield improvement strategy to keep the yield curve.
  • •Collaborate with process integration and YE & RAM teams to understand issues and create yield improvement plans.
  • •Lead multiple yield-improvement projects and maintain yield performance for each DID.
  • •Coordinate process, equipment, and material evaluation/optimization to implement changes at process steps.
  • •Manage new process baseline qualifications and audit/liaise with material suppliers for quality, cost, and risk objectives.
