Key Responsibilities

•Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex real-time embedded software for navigation and timing solutions.
•Drive technical excellence across all phases of the software lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture definition, design, coding, integration, verification, and documentation.
•Provide technical leadership to cross-functional software teams, fostering innovation and engineering discipline.
•Serve as a senior technical authority for production test solution software, translating hardware test requirements into modular automated test software and maintaining production-grade test sequences.
•Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with systems, hardware, and test engineering to ensure seamless hardware/software integration and high-reliability field performance.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree with 8 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of experience.

•Proficiency in C/C++, Ada, or other high-level languages in embedded environments.
