Key Responsibilities

  • •Bridge generative AI model research to real-world industrial applications by solving the “last mile” problem for performant, grounded agent solutions.
  • •Design and prototype AI-native agent workflows based on client requirements, including fine-tuned LoRA models for specific industry needs.
  • •Implement production-quality code to integrate AI model APIs in agent frameworks with tools such as RAG, vector databases, memory, caching, and skills.
  • •Optimize prompt chains and caching strategies to improve latency, throughput, and cost so AI features scale to millions of users.
  • •Develop evaluation frameworks and guardrails (e.g., LLM-as-a-judge, human-in-the-loop) and collaborate cross-functionally with product and research teams to feed field signals into the roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •At least 3 years of related experience in an AI-native industry, preferably as a solution architect or forward deployed engineer.
  • •Deep understanding of LLM applications on public cloud across industry verticals (e.g., e-commerce, social & entertainment, FinTech).
  • •Strong agentic AI design experience (e.g., Re-Act, Plan and Execute, Multi-Agent, Skills).
  • •Hands-on AI infrastructure knowledge (GPU selection and inference acceleration frameworks such as vLLM or sglang).
