•Develop and deliver training to strengthen automation, electrical, and instrumentation knowledge across the site.
•Align IT/OT infrastructure, programming, and equipment with company standards and participate in production meetings.
•Support equipment obsolescence planning and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and good manufacturing practices, including off-hours support as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
•At least 1 year of programmable logic controller (PLC) programming experience.
•Knowledge of electrical principles and components including HMI, servo controllers, variable frequency drives, sensors, and process instrumentation.
•Strong problem-solving skills applying engineering principles to complex situations.
•Ability to read and interpret safety rules, blueprints, electrical schematics, and piping and instrumentation diagrams.
