Key Responsibilities

  • •Support pre-validation builds, pre-production activities, and Start of Production (SOP) launches for new vehicle programs and exterior product changes.
  • •Evaluate Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) for implementation timing, material availability, manufacturing impact, system readiness, and operational feasibility.
  • •Create, maintain, validate, and manage Manufacturing Bills of Materials (MBOM) to ensure accurate production execution.
  • •Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Material Planning, Logistics, Production Control, Quality, Supplier Industrialization, and Operations teams for launch readiness.
  • •Track material availability and readiness across manufacturing and business systems, manage Touch to Check (TTC) activities, and communicate launch risks and status updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related discipline such as Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering).
  • •Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), Manufacturing Engineering, Program Launch, Change Management, or MBOM Management.
  • •Working knowledge of MBOM structures and engineering change management processes.
  • •Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or product launch environment.
  • •Ability to assess risks, prioritize actions, and drive issue resolution.
