Personal Banker II

Build lasting customer relationships and use product knowledge to recommend and sell consumer lending solutions. Create and manage a loan pipeline by prospecting and cross-selling home equity loans/lines of credit, unsecured personal loans, auto loans, and mortgage referrals. Handle customer interactions end-to-end, including transactions, maintaining a cash drawer, and completing documentation to industry and legal standards. Work with leaders and coaches while driving daily performance goals in a branch setting.
