Job Summary

S/4HANA Transformation OCM IT Lead responsible for executing and improving organizational change management across a region, coordinating OCM tooling (JIRA, Signavio, WalkMe, Oracle HCM Learning Center, SAP Learning Hub), and delivering KPI-driven reporting to enable successful S/4HANA deployment. Partners with IT, business stakeholders, and SI to drive Change Readiness, Training, and User Adoption in a fast-paced transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the S/4HANA Transformation Program to effectively deploy S/4HANA across the assigned region, ensuring OCM deliverables are planned and executed.
•Own and continuously improve the OCM methodology supporting the overall organizational and change management strategy.
•Serve as the service owner (or coordinate with the service owner) to update and maintain OCM enabling tools in alignment with the OCM methodology, including JIRA, Signavio, WalkMe, Oracle HCM Learning Center, and SAP Learning Hub.
•Develop, maintain, and publish KPIs and weekly reporting metrics that show progress across all OCM deliverables.
•Manage and report risks and issues related to OCM deliverables; drive mitigations to closure with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree
•3–5 years of experience as an IT OCM Analyst (or similar OCM/Change role) on a large transformation program
•Strong understanding of organizational change management methodologies and principles
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create clear, executive-ready status and KPI reporting
•Strong analytical skills and ability to convert data into meaningful insights; highly results-driven
