Key Responsibilities

  • •Take full responsibility as Design Manager in general planning.
  • •Coordinate and steer interdisciplinary teams across all professional disciplines and trades.
  • •Monitor and ensure compliance with construction costs, deadlines, and contractually owed services.
  • •Lead project teams and monitor work quality, typically with cross-office and international teams.
  • •Acquire projects, including preparing and negotiating proposals.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in architecture or a comparable field.
  • •20 years of professional experience since the Master’s or diploma, including at least 6 years in LPH 3–4 and 6 years in LPH 5.
  • •Experience planning, coordinating, and delivering planning projects of varying scale and complexity in Germany and ideally internationally.
  • •Experience leading a planning team and managing projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of German building regulations and environmental requirements.
