Partner with Legal to shape agreement structures, track deal stages in a strategic pipeline, and represent Mintlayer at institutional infrastructure conferences.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and prioritize the highest-value strategic partnership opportunities across custodians, regulated exchanges, prime brokers, and institutional technology providers.
•Own complex multi-party negotiations for strategic agreements.
•Build and maintain relationships with institutional infrastructure counterparties at senior and C-level.
•Develop co-investment partnership structures for Interest.One in coordination with the Head of Capital Strategy.
•Coordinate with the Head of Legal on agreement structures, report on the partnership pipeline to the CEO, and represent Mintlayer at institutional infrastructure conferences.
