Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and prioritize the highest-value strategic partnership opportunities across custodians, regulated exchanges, prime brokers, and institutional technology providers.
  • •Own complex multi-party negotiations for strategic agreements.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with institutional infrastructure counterparties at senior and C-level.
  • •Develop co-investment partnership structures for Interest.One in coordination with the Head of Capital Strategy.
  • •Coordinate with the Head of Legal on agreement structures, report on the partnership pipeline to the CEO, and represent Mintlayer at institutional infrastructure conferences.
