Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end lifecycle of complex technical programs from planning and prioritization through execution, launch, and post-implementation review.
  • •Drive execution of business-critical, agent- and client-facing initiatives across multi-team, multi-location engineering, product, infrastructure, security, and business partners.
  • •Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies, risks, and blockers; establish program governance, reporting, and execution standards.
  • •Partner with engineering leadership on quarterly/annual roadmaps and track KPIs, operational metrics, and executive dashboards.
  • •Champion Agile delivery to improve developer productivity, delivery efficiency, and engineering velocity, and communicate technical concepts to executives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, plus 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in large-scale, high-growth organizations.
  • •Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • •Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, distributed systems, and enterprise-scale platforms.
  • •Knowledge of cloud-native architectures (preferably AWS), microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD/DevOps.
  • •Experience with program planning, risk management, dependency tracking, governance, and data-driven decision-making (including KPIs and executive reporting).
