Drive timely, efficient delivery for a game area by partnering with design and tech peers to meet established goals and quality targets. Project manage your group, prioritize work with designers, and remove roadblocks. Key Responsibilities

•Partner with design and tech peers to ensure impact and quality of deliverables for your group.
•Project manage your group by coordinating, focusing, prioritizing, and tracking progress.
•Align with the Producer lead to develop structure and workflows in Jira and other project management tools.
•Decompose long-term efforts into incremental steps; plan, communicate roadmaps and risks to stakeholders.
•Work with multi-disciplinary teams to establish, prioritize, plan, and deliver short- and long-term goals while resolving ambiguity and removing roadblocks.

Key Requirements

•3-4 years of game production experience.
•Completed at least 1 full game development cycle from pre-production to shipping.
•Ability to work with engineers and understand technical implications of their work.
•Strong project management experience including documentation, tracking, and visibility.
•Very strong experience with Jira and Flow/Shotgrid; project management training in Scrum or other agile framework.
