Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
  • •Use advanced glue-pulling techniques, including hail repair and repair of creases and body lines, on steel and aluminum panels.
  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
  • •Work in a fast-paced production environment and follow safety equipment requirements (e.g., face shield/goggles, gloves, mask, non-slip shoes).
