Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned YouTube Creative Readiness programs, ensuring a seamless, responsive client experience.
•Align stakeholders across client, agency, Google, and internal teams to keep multi-functional programs moving forward.
•Proactively anticipate delivery risks, bottlenecks, or concerns; escalate appropriately and partner on swift solutions.
•Drive program milestone execution, including discovery, data diagnostics, creative recommendations, workshops, and wrap-ups.
•Review client-facing deliverables and apply understanding of creative effectiveness, digital media performance, funnel-stage measurement, and client KPIs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50 - 60 hourly

Key Requirements

•5–7 years in Client Services, Account Management, Consulting, or a similar client-facing role in an agency, media, tech, or digital marketing environment.
•Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder engagements and driving accountability across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
•Ability to evaluate data insights and creative recommendations, identify gaps, and translate complex information into client-ready storytelling.
•Solid understanding of digital media strategy, creative production workflows, marketing measurement, and performance KPIs.
•Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with continuously developing programs and processes.
