Job Summary

Lead motion design for UK marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising—driving storyboards, animation sequences, and consistent visual quality from concept through delivery. Partner with UK Creative, Marketing, and Product teams, mentor junior motion designers, and coordinate with video editors, videographers, and graphic designers. Build reusable motion templates and design systems, troubleshoot rendering/VFX issues, and experiment with advanced VFX and 3D animation to set new benchmarks for BJAK’s new UK brand.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for UK marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising.
•Conceptualize storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with UK brand objectives.
•Maintain visual consistency and technical quality across motion outputs, elevating quality through experimentation and storytelling.
•Work closely with UK Creative, Marketing, and Product teams; mentor junior motion designers and guide creative execution.
•Oversee motion production end-to-end, build reusable templates/motion design systems, troubleshoot animation/rendering/VFX issues, and manage multiple projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 32,000 - 50,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
•5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production.
•Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (Cinema 4D, Blender a plus).
•Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition.
•Portfolio/showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work.
