Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and report to the Regional Head of Credit Risk, handling ad hoc requests from credit leadership.
  • •Perform detailed credit analysis of prospects and clients for trade finance and currency trading products.
  • •Prepare submissions and present and defend recommendations at credit committee meetings to senior management.
  • •Manage and monitor an existing client portfolio, including credit standing and risk/reward for Ebury.
  • •Contribute to automated risk modelling development and improve processes while coordinating with front office and operations.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or similar.
  • •Fluency in German and English.
  • •Ability to read German management accounts (BWA, SuSa).
  • •Strong understanding of balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow, plus business performance.
  • •Background in SME credit underwriting or financial analysis, with an understanding of assessing creditworthiness.
