Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage patient onboarding and scheduling, guiding patients through their care journey.
  • •Coordinate diagnostics, referrals, results processing, and follow-up care.
  • •Communicate with healthcare providers to support smooth care delivery and gather actionable feedback to improve workflows.
  • •Support revenue cycle management including eligibility checks, claim submissions, and prior authorizations.

Key Requirements
