Customer Specialist - Part Time

Support customers throughout buying, selling, and servicing vehicles by guiding them through sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications. You’ll perform vehicle condition and cosmetic inspections, help manage inventory processes, and handle key administrative tasks like paperwork, auditing documents, and payment management. Coordinate service appointments and review repair order invoices while following CarMax EH&S requirements and maintaining a clean, customer-focused work area.
