Deliver personalized client service at the Hamilton, MT branch by holding financial conversations with clients and prospects to identify needs and offer appropriate solutions. Open and maintain a variety of consumer and basic business accounts and IRAs, perform Teller transactions, and process consumer loan requests when applicable. Proactively build relationships through outreach and follow-up, document referrals using 360 View, and stay compliant with banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
