Operations Engineer, AI Satellites (Starmind)

Support the Starmind program by partnering with engineering and suppliers to turn internal specifications into repeatable, externally manufactured processes. Own production line documentation (SOPs, failure modes), help plan floor layouts, capacity studies, and product flow, and define acceptance criteria with inspection checkpoints. Drive root-cause investigations for recurring defects, translate schedules into materials needs, and maintain production/quality system documentation and traceability.
