Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a key member of the cross-functional sales team, participating in account planning and driving the technical agenda from initial engagement through deal closure.
  • •Conduct technical discovery to identify where Workiva solutions align to customer needs and support successful adoption.
  • •Prepare and deliver tailored technical demos and presentations, including examples, prototypes, and proofs of concept.
  • •Address regional architecture requirements such as EMEA data sovereignty, data residency, and GDPR compliance for customer security teams.
  • •Share learnings and observations with product management, engineering, product marketing, sales leadership, and executives to drive cross-functional alignment.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of technical customer-facing experience, ideally in presales, implementation consulting, or training/enablement.
  • •Experience with data management, database design, and analysis, including expertise in SQL, data modeling, and data transformation (e.g., Alteryx).
  • •Ability to design and understand enterprise data architecture to identify where Workiva extends an organization’s data strategy.
  • •Hands-on experience with AI tools and understanding of concepts like MCP.
  • •Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, IT security considerations, GDPR/data privacy regulations, and European cloud security standards.
