Job Summary

Provide remote technical support for security services by diagnosing and resolving client incidents and problems. Use service assurance tools to investigate issues, gather performance statistics, and maintain knowledge articles. Maintain accurate configuration item records and ensure assets are protected from unauthorized change while escalating unresolved cases until resolution.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide remote technical support by identifying, diagnosing, and resolving security incidents and problems for clients.
•Maintain support processes and ensure requests are handled according to procedures while prioritizing incidents using agreed processes.
•Use service assurance tools to investigate issues, collect performance statistics, create reports, and update knowledge articles for incident diagnosis and resolution.
•Monitor service delivery against SLA conditions, analyze service records, and initiate or report actions to maintain or improve service levels.
•Maintain secure configuration item (CI) records, log and document incidents, coordinate remediation steps, and escalate unresolved incidents until resolution.

Key Requirements

•Moderate experience with security technologies such as Firewall, IPS, IDS, and Proxy.
•Moderate experience providing technical support and remote support to clients.
•Moderate experience diagnosing and troubleshooting incidents in supported security domains.
•Developing knowledge of technical documentation and management agent concepts, redundancy, and remote console architecture.
•Degree or relevant qualification in IT/Computing, plus professional security certifications (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet).
