Support the FP&A team by owning monthly management reporting and transactional quality control. You will cleanse, validate, and consolidate data from ERP, procurement systems, and cross-functional inputs, drive procure-to-pay monitoring, and maintain high-integrity financial models in Google Sheets. Build leadership-ready reports and presentations, contribute supporting calculations for forecasting (e.g., intercompany charges), and help streamline processes to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Support monthly management reporting close by cleansing, validating, and consolidating data from diverse sources (ERP, procurement systems, and cross-functional inputs).
•Own procure-to-pay monitoring for assigned entities, tracking requests/payments, resolving issues, and ensuring complete documentation through compliance checks.
•Maintain financial data integrity across complex Google Sheets models so critical data is accurate and accessible to the wider Finance team.
•Build high-quality reports and leadership presentations, including dashboards and clear takeaways using PowerPoint.
•Partner with stakeholders for timely inputs to short-term forecasting cycles and incorporate supporting calculations into reporting/forecasting.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in FP&A or financial controlling, with a strong understanding of P&L, BS, and CF under IFRS.
•Experience working with ERP systems; procurement software experience is a plus.
•Strong attention to detail to drive AP process accuracy and meticulous transactional quality control.
•Advanced Excel & Google Sheets skills, including working with complex tables/models and large datasets.
•Excellent PowerPoint storytelling skills and strong communication to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
