Job Summary

Lead day-to-day floor operations in a luxury Hermès boutique by managing Métier presence, mentoring the selling team, and driving Floor Group Métier sales volume and overall selling goals. Oversee merchandising, inventory/cycle counts, visual standards, and bi-annual Podium buys. Present weekly business updates to leadership, analyze performance and client opportunities monthly, and represent store leadership in the Managing Director’s absence.

•Supervise, coach, mentor, and train the selling team while maintaining consistent floor presence and client service standards.
•Manage Métier merchandising and coordinate daily stock needs with the Managing Director, operations, and merchant teams.
•Drive monthly Métier focus and set measurable selling campaigns to improve performance and business results.
•Provide weekly and leadership meeting updates, including sales-to-plan, team highlights, and analysis of business issues and opportunities.
•Oversee inventories and cycle counts, including partnering on discrepancy reconciliation, and manage P&L responsibilities.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,155.74 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years prior store management experience, or flagship Assistant Store Manager experience.
•Previous buying experience relevant to floor responsibility.
•Individual management of multi-person teams.
•Prior reporting functions to executive management and merchant levels.
•Working knowledge of Excel, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint (preferred).
