Job Summary

Support the Property & Buildings team by building and maintaining detailed structural Revit models and generating drawings from engineering markups and architectural backgrounds. Work across a range of residential, institutional, and commercial structure types, applying advanced modeling and quality-control standards. Collaborate with structural engineers and coordinate project needs through remote/in-person meetings while maintaining cloud-based BIM models and meeting drafting deliverable timelines.

Key Responsibilities

•Construct comprehensive structural Revit models for concrete, CMU, steel, metal stud, light-frame wood, and mass timber structures for residential, institutional, and commercial projects.
•Generate structural drawings from engineering markups and architectural backgrounds.
•Maintain cloud-based BIM models throughout the duration of a project.
•Collaborate with structural engineers and support project coordination through remote/in-person meetings and structural narratives.
•Maintain quality control standards for accurate measurements, statistical analysis, and reporting.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma.
•7+ years of relevant experience in engineering drafting.
•Experience with Revit and AutoCAD.
•Experience with cloud-based BIM platforms, including BIM360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud/Forma.
•Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings.
