Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests across Zapier's global employee base, with a focus on AU/NZL coverage hours.
•Troubleshoot and resolve hardware (Mac), software, and access issues for employees.
•Perform user account management as part of onboarding and offboarding workflows.
•Handle common endpoint tasks using Jamf (device enrollment, basic troubleshooting, account unlocks).
•Triage and escalate complex issues to senior team members where appropriate.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AUD 117,800 - 176,800 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of direct hands-on IT support experience in a corporate environment, including hands-on Okta administration
•Experience supporting macOS is a strong plus
•Excellent written and asynchronous communication skills in a 100% remote environment
•A pattern-spotter who identifies recurring issues and drives improvements through documentation, automation, or process changes
•Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity, able to manage workload across AU/NZL hours and drive expansion into new regions
