Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders to identify needs, gaps, process impacts, and improvement opportunities for Finance ERP processes and related integrations and reports.
  • •Act as an internal Finance and Cost Accounting ERP functional SME, owning end-to-end touchpoints and helping translate business needs into practical ERP solutions with standardized practices.
  • •Develop and execute test scenarios (unit, integration, UAT, regression), support defect tracking and issue resolution, and assist with cutover, go-live, Hypercare, and stabilization.
  • •Drive issue resolution through root cause analysis with business and technical resources, validating fixes and ensuring outcomes are documented and supportable.
  • •Support continuous improvement by identifying enhancements across ERP capabilities, interfaces, reports, and adjoining applications, including report/field mapping validation and data quality reconciliation.

Key Requirements

  • •8-12 years of experience in ERP implementations, business analysis, functional support, or ERP process ownership supporting Finance, plant accounting, and cost accounting processes.
  • •Strong functional expertise across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, standard costing, inventory valuation, production costing, variance analysis, financial close, and reporting controls.
  • •Experience leading requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and ERP implementation activities.
  • •Experience supporting enterprise Finance and manufacturing cost processes in a manufacturing/plant accounting/operations finance environment (preferred).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
