Job Summary

Senior-level risk and compliance lead for Wealth Management, overseeing front-to-back control environments for Trust products and services. Partners with Risk, Compliance, and brokerage/trust supervision to govern risk, implement policy, manage governance/change control, and drive risk reduction across the Private Wealth Management business, including dual-registered advisor environments and 12 CFR 9 Trust programs.

•Actively identify and mitigate material risks within the organization in Wealth Management Risk Management, Audit, or Compliance.
•Develop, implement, and oversee policies and procedures that mitigate various types of risk; ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
•Execute components of risk and compliance programs; monitor risks, requirements, policies, and procedures; escalate when needed.
•Advise and influence internal governance processes; manage governance to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
•Promote a culture of risk awareness through training, education, and risk management support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 117,000 - 153,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6-8+ years in Wealth Management Risk Management, Audit, or Compliance
•6+ years’ Risk and Compliance experience with Broker-Dealer, Registered Investment Advisor, 12 CFR 9 Trust and Fiduciary business, including exposure to Alternative Investments and 33 and 40 Act programs
•Bachelor’s Degree OR at least 5 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD)
•Experience with governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) platforms, preferably Archer
•Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, and ability to lead cross-functional governance and change control
