Head Chef - All Brands

Lead kitchen operations across the Independent Food Company’s brands (SALT, Parker’s, Somewhere, Public, Soil, Shalwa, Kumo). Oversee daily service standards for quality, consistency, and presentation while managing, training, and scheduling the kitchen team. Drive cost control, inventory/purchasing, and HACCP food-safety compliance, and collaborate on menu development. Maintain equipment readiness, reduce food waste, and handle guest feedback to support operational and financial targets.
