Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping while operating and maintaining tools and equipment to meet quality and productivity targets.
  • •Conduct operational preventative maintenance, address intermediate-level alarms, and perform maintenance on equipment using hand tools and instrumentation.
  • •Interface with equipment computers and monitor parameters and alarms; monitor process data (including SPC) and make decisions to maintain process control.
  • •Provide training within the required timeframe and provide on-the-job training to team members when requested.
  • •Coordinate with cross-functional teams to run approved tests, handle shift-change communication, and ensure proper inventory levels and timely waste disposal.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (preference for an associate degree or technical certificate).
  • •2+ years of manufacturing experience (or related substitute experience such as warehousing, material inspection, or honorable military experience in an industrial application).
  • •Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with math skills to apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) concepts.
  • •Ability to work in a team environment with good written and oral communication skills.
  • •Fundamental knowledge to work with different computer applications, and ability to interface with machine control panels.
