Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deliver complex strategic asset management and advisory projects across multiple infrastructure sectors.
  • •Develop asset management strategies, frameworks, operating models, maturity assessments, and improvement programs.
  • •Provide trusted advice to executive, operational, and technical stakeholders.
  • •Manage project delivery, including scope, budget, quality, and client expectations.
  • •Build client relationships, support business development (proposals and bids), and mentor junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Approximately 10-15 years’ experience in strategic asset management, asset maintenance, infrastructure advisory, asset investment planning, or related consulting roles.
  • •Demonstrated advisory delivery experience in transport, energy, mining, water, facilities, or other asset-intensive sectors.
  • •Strong knowledge of asset management principles and frameworks, including ISO 55000.
  • •Experience engaging senior stakeholders and presenting recommendations to executive audiences.
  • •A relevant degree qualification (engineering, asset management, business, infrastructure, economics, or related) and professional certification such as CAMA, CPAM, IAM Certificate, or IAM Diploma (highly regarded).
