Sales Associate III

Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience as a front-line brand ambassador. Build client relationships using product expertise and styling advice, drive sales through cross-sell and tailored recommendations, and use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations, including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transactions, while meeting individual and team KPIs.
