Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet VIP guests on arrival with a warm, FIVE-styled welcome and provide personalized service.
  • •Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately, considering special dietary requirements and preferences.
  • •Present menus and recommend options based on guests’ preferences and ingredient availability.
  • •Ensure seamless dining by anticipating needs, fulfilling special requests, and escalating concerns when needed.
  • •Uphold hygiene and safety standards, process billing and payments, and support upselling and event setup/breakdown.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AED 2,400 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of experience as a VIP Waiter in a luxury hotel environment is a plus.
  • •Professional, polished appearance in line with grooming standards.
  • •Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • •Strong English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
  • •A proactive, detail-oriented approach focused on guest satisfaction and ownership of duties.
