Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Non-Trade Procurement and Travel Management for North America, defining goals, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes aligned to CFO and global expectations.
  • •Deliver savings, value creation, risk mitigation, and productivity targets, and regularly report market performance against global procurement targets.
  • •Implement best-in-class procurement and travel management methods, policies, governance standards, and digital tools to ensure compliance and speed.
  • •Manage and develop market procurement and travel teams, including performance management, succession planning, and capability development.
  • •Govern end-to-end source-to-pay and travel program performance, including KPIs/scorecards, SLA/OLA alignment, and partnership with Finance, HR, Security, Legal, and IT.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 12-15 years of experience in procurement leadership roles within international organizations, including people management responsibilities.
  • •Master’s degree (Business, Economics, Finance, Procurement, Legal, or related field) or comparable professional education.
  • •Proven experience leading large indirect spend categories, strategic supplier relationships, and enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives.
