Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of controllership, finance operations and other initiatives: scoping, planning, execution, change management, and post-implementation tracking.
  • •Build and maintain actionable plans with clear milestones, dependencies, owners, and governance cadences; supporting owners to unblock issues and keeping delivery on track.
  • •Drive program discipline: clear business requirements, decision logs, timelines, and measurable success metrics.
  • •Act as the central point of alignment across teams—identify misalignment early, facilitate decisions, and ensure timely escalation when needed.
  • •Partner with teams outside Finance (Product, IT, Legal, Commercial) to design and implement end-to-end solutions as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in program management or project management, preferably in consulting or finance transformation environments.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills; comfortable structuring ambiguous strategies into executable plans.
  • •Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and manage complex stakeholder environments across multiple teams.
  • •Proven experience producing and presenting executive-level communications (steering committees, senior leadership updates).
  • •Sound working knowledge of accounting and finance operations concepts.
