Key Responsibilities

  • •Support clients delivering complex infrastructure projects and programmes, acting as a leader within the team.
  • •Administer NEC3 and NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contracts for ECC project delivery.
  • •Manage project lifecycle activities including contract management, financial management, project controls, and HSEQ responsibilities.
  • •Lead and develop teams, collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders across client and partner organisations.
  • •Provide commercial forecasting and budgeting, and solve complex delivery problems to shape workable solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •NEC3 or NEC4 accredited Project Manager is essential.
  • •Significant experience delivering infrastructure project and/or programme management across the full project lifecycle, including project management principles and project controls.
  • •Significant experience administering NEC3 and NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contracts within a named ECC Project Manager role (or in a representative role in the last 12 months).
  • •Strong leadership capability to develop teams and lead in challenging environments or through ambiguities.
  • •Strong commercial, forecasting and budgeting experience with planning, communication and organisational skills.
