Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the planning, coordination, and safe delivery of civil infrastructure projects to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • •Provide project leadership across the lifecycle, from early planning and constructability through construction, commissioning, and close-out.
  • •Manage project risks, issues, opportunities, and dependencies to keep projects on track.
  • •Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cash flow, resources, and commercial performance using data and insight.
  • •Manage contracts and commercial relationships, including change management, claims, and dispute resolution where required.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline recognised by Engineers Australia.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing the delivery of civil infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, or transport infrastructure with Transport for Main Roads (TMR) highly regarded.
  • •Experience across project development, construction delivery, and contract administration.
  • •Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and road/bridge design, including construction, maintenance, and materials.
  • •Experience with major contract forms such as AS 2124, AS 4300, D&C, Alliance, or similar contracting models is desirable.
