Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, coordinate, and oversee small-scale construction projects across offices and factories.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for asset improvement projects across the project lifecycle (programming, design, pre-construction, closeout, operations).
  • •Maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, vendors, and regulatory agencies, coordinating construction activities with asset improvement objectives.
  • •Develop and manage project budgets, including budget trackers, cost estimates, and financial reports to senior executives.
  • •Create templates and processes for consistent design/equipment standards and help workshop scope with end users to minimize change orders and delays.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,000 - 130,000 annually
